RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Zac represented the sellers in the disposition of this former printing factory. The building was sold to an owner-operator in the cannabis industry. The building’s age as well as the unique challenges of the cannabis industry made for a delicate transaction which was successfully completed to both the buyer’s and seller’s satisfaction.

Zac helped Mercer Street Friends, the Trenton area foodbank, purchase a new headquarters and warehouse building at 3 Graphics Drive in Ewing NJ. The building was an off-market deal that required special financing so that Mercer Street Friends could grow their amazing mission of nourishing minds and empowering families throughout Central New Jersey.

Representing the leasing of the building Zac has negotiated 6 new leases over the past 3 years, representing 19,000 RSF (over 50% of the building). The building is now 97% leased and cash flow positive with strong credit tenants paying market rent.

Zac represented local bakery institution, House of Cupcakes, in relocating their retail store in downtown Princeton. The Princeton retail market is especially competitive, and Zac patiently worked with his client for over a year to find the right opportunity to fit their needs. The tenant’s new location is perfectly suited to the client’s needs, highly visible and less monthly rent than their previous location.

Zac represented the building owners in successfully leasing the available industrial spaces at market rents. As well as lease negotiation he was instrumental in overseeing tenant’s improvements and getting them moved in on schedule.

We’d still be building vans in a cramped garage if it weren’t for Zac. He found us the perfect space before we even fully understood what we needed — patiently fielding our questions and touring spots he probably knew weren’t right, while gently steering us in the right direction. This space has been the foundation of our growth ever since. He knew our business needs better than we did, and absolutely delivered.”
